All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

3. International Shipping

abcrod shop currently ships to [Poland / Europe / Worldwide – choose the appropriate option.

International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after the shipment has been dispatched.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Meinshop is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required during the claims process.
