Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, though we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any delivery issues, lost, or damaged shipments reported promptly.

7. Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you retain any statutory right of withdrawal and other consumer protections granted by the mandatory law of your country of residence, regardless of the return policy described above or the governing law clause in Section 12.
